To ENROLL you must have a valid email address in order to receive the Welcome email from IdentityForce.

1) IdentityForce will send a Welcome email to the email within Powell’s HR system. If you do not have an email address in Powell’s HR system, you can set one up through Employee Self Service or you can call IdentityForce’s member service team at 877-694-3367 to provide your email address.
2) Once you receive the Welcome email, you will click on the link provided to access your account and complete your member profile. You will then be sent a confirmation email from IdentityForce.
3) Click on the link in the confirmation email to complete registration and access your Identity Protection Dashboard.
4) Effective 08/01/2023, due to regulatory reasons a parent is not allowed to view their child’s information after 18 years of age. However, your adult dependent can still be protected under IDF. You must extend services to your now adult dependent by following these steps:

    1. Log in to the IDF’s Dashboard
    2. Go to Family protection
    3. Select add family member
    4. Follow the prompts within your Dashboard

Once all the steps are completed, your adult dependent will receive an email to register for service to create their online account.
